(a) The current fee for a single job posting is 99,000 KRW (Korean Won),
exclusive of applicable taxes.
(b) Each posting remains active for thirty (30) calendar days from the date

are authentic;
(b) They will not apply for positions with the intent to deceive;
(c) Submission of fraudulent documents may result in immediate account
termination and referral to relevant authorities.
6.4 Platform Role — IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER.
(a) Hagwon Hub is a marketplace platform that connects Teachers and
Academies. We do not employ, supervise, control, guarantee, or endorse any User.
(b) We are not a party to any employment agreement, contract, or
arrangement between Teachers and Academies.
(c) We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any
User-submitted Content, including job postings, profiles, documents, or reviews.
(d) Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence
before entering into any employment relationship.
6.5 Seven-Day Decision Window. All job offers extended through the Platform are
subject to a minimum seven (7) calendar day decision period. Academies may not pressure, coerce, or penalize
Teachers for using the full decision period.
7. WORK-LIFE BALANCE (WLB) SCORE SYSTEM
7.1 Purpose. The WLB Score system is designed to provide transparent,
community-sourced information about workplace conditions at Korean hagwons.
7.2 Eligibility. Only Teachers who meet all of the following criteria may submit a
WLB review:
(a) The Teacher has been employed at the specific Academy for a minimum of
three (3) consecutive months;
(b) The Teacher's identity has been verified through the Platform;
(c) The Teacher has not previously submitted a review for the same Academy
within the preceding twelve (12) months.
7.2A Score Display Threshold. A WLB Score is publicly displayed on a job posting
only after a minimum of five (5) verified reviews have been submitted for that Academy. Postings with fewer
than five reviews will show an indicator noting that insufficient data exists, rather than a score. This
threshold exists to ensure statistical reliability and prevent single reviews from disproportionately
affecting an Academy's displayed score.
7.3 Anonymity. All WLB reviews are anonymous. Hagwon Hub will not disclose the
identity of any reviewer to any Academy, except as required by a valid court order.
7.4 Anti-Retaliation. Academies may not retaliate against any Teacher for
submitting, or being suspected of submitting, a WLB review. Reports of retaliation will be investigated and
may result in account termination and legal referral.
7.5 Disclaimer. WLB Scores are informational only. They are aggregated from
subjective user-reported experiences and do not constitute a guarantee, warranty, certification, or
endorsement by Hagwon Hub. Individual experiences may vary significantly.
8. FIT SCORE ALGORITHM
8.1 Purpose. The Fit Score system uses applicant profile data and job posting
criteria to generate a compatibility percentage. This score is a tool to assist Academies in evaluating
candidates.
8.2 Not a Recommendation. The Fit Score does not constitute a recommendation,
endorsement, or guarantee by Hagwon Hub regarding any candidate's suitability.
8.3 Non-Discrimination. Hiring decisions must comply with all applicable
anti-discrimination laws. The Fit Score must not be used as the sole basis for rejecting any candidate, and
must not be used to discriminate on any unlawful basis.
9. AI CONTRACT ANALYSIS
9.1 Informational Purpose Only. The Platform may offer AI-powered analysis of
employment contracts to help Teachers identify potential issues. This analysis is provided for informational
purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.
9.2 Not a Substitute for Legal Counsel. Users should consult with a qualified Korean
labor attorney before signing any employment contract. The AI analysis may contain errors, omissions, or
misinterpretations of Korean law.
9.3 Limitation of Liability. Hagwon Hub disclaims all liability for any loss,
damage, or adverse outcome arising from reliance on AI contract analysis. The analysis is provided "as is"
without warranty of any kind.
9.4 Privacy. Contract content uploaded for AI analysis is processed temporarily for
the purpose of generating the analysis. Contract content is not stored, shared with third parties, or used
for any purpose other than providing the analysis to the uploading User.
10. FEES AND PAYMENTS
10.1 Teacher Accounts. Teacher accounts are provided free of charge. There are no
subscription fees, application fees, or hidden charges for Teachers.
10.2 Academy Posting Fees. Academy job posting fees are as published on the Platform
at the time of posting. The current fee schedule is available on the Platform.
10.3 Non-Refundable. All fees are non-refundable once a job posting is published,
except:
(a) Where required by applicable Korean consumer protection law (전자상거래 등에서의
소비자보호에 관한 법률);
(b) Where Hagwon Hub removes a posting due to a technical error
attributable solely to the Platform.
10.4 Payment Processing. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers.
Hagwon Hub does not directly store, process, or have access to payment card numbers or banking details.
Payment processing is subject to the payment provider's own terms and conditions.
10.5 Taxes. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Value Added Tax (VAT) at the
rate prescribed by Korean tax law will be added to the stated fee amount.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
11.1 Platform Ownership. The Platform, including its design, user interface,
features, functionality, source code, algorithms, trademarks (including "Hagwon Hub," the Waypoint logo
mark, and all associated branding), and all related content and technology, is owned by Miozi LLC and

11.2 User License. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a
limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for its intended

Platform. By submitting Content, you grant Hagwon Hub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free,
sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, and distribute such Content solely
for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Platform. This license survives account
